Inspired by the smells of sizzling meats sold by street vendors in Bangkok, the Cedar Plank captures the fresh flavor of plank grilling.  After infusing tequila with cedar—giving it clean, dry wood notes—we complement it with ingredients you could find at a cookout.  The Cedar Plank tastes like a roasted agaves, dried herbs, clover, and citrus, with the aromas of rosemary, lemon, and wood smoke.
