Afternoon Tea (on the Darjeeling Express)

Considered to be one of the finest teas in the world, Darjeeling tea is harvested from a small protected region in the Himalayan foothills in India.  We source a second-flush Darjeeling tea with musky notes of sweet cocoa, baked pastries, and stone fruit—which pairs perfectly with our Jamaican rum blend.  A touch of lemongrass and lime leaf completes a contemplative, complex cocktail. Served hot.
